Is this for PvP or PvE?
EDIT:
Sorry, didn't see the PvE skill, guess it must be for PvE then.
I would advise to get rid of [[Troll Unguent] and [[Melandru's Resilience] since you should be relying on a monk to heal you.
Keep a minor heal such as [[lion's comfort] (recommended since you should be going axe/strength).
Your elite skill slot is opened and you could put in possibly [[Triple Chop] or [[Eviscerate].
Consider taking away axe rake, as the wimpy +damage is pretty useless. As for the cripple, since you are fighting in PvE, the monsters usually don’t kite.
IAS and a cancel stance is loved. [[Flail] is generally more helpful in PvE as monsters again, don't kite. Getting a cancel stance, say [[Rush], is helpful for both as a speed buff and a cancel stance.
[[Resurrection Signet] is always helpful to ressurect fellow party members.
I can't help you with PvE skill options though, no EotN.

[skill]Furious Axe[/skill] - This is ok, keep it if you want, though its +damage is a bit lower than normal.
[skill]Dismember[/skill] - Your only reliable DW, good to have.
[skill]Axe Rake[/skill] - Cripple is basically useless to you, and the +damage isn't close to other skills.
[skill]Whirlwind Attack[/skill] - AoE is nice, though it depends on how much you can hit and what your SS rank is.
[skill]Body Blow[/skill] - No complaints here.
[skill]For Great Justice![/skill] - No complaints here (both this and Furious Axe is probably overkill adr, I'd swap FA for a different attack).
[skill]Troll Unguent[/skill] - Healing now > healing over time. Monks doing the job properly > you trying to it. Wilderness Survival is fun to play but definately not effective. Waste of attribute points; if you want a self heal run 13 Str/14 Axe and take [[Lion's Comfort] (description is wrong on popup, click it) if you want a self-heal.
[skill]Melandru's Resilience[/skill] - 4 reasons that this skill is bad. Firstly, the aforementioned Wilderness Survival investment required. Secondly, it's a stance, so no IAS (So say bye-bye to +50% damage and +50% adrenaline). Thirdly, it's elite, so no attack elite. Fourthly, it doesn't do anything good for you. Better to remove the hexes/conditions (the Monk should do this if they're important, otherwise ignore them), then to use them to your advantage, and even then, because regen is capped at 10 pips, its doing nothing next to TU (and even if you dropped TU, it wouldn't be that useful). Once again, healing now > health over time. If you need the energy regen, you're doing something wrong.

That looks better but you can really use an IAS (Increased Attack Speed), like [flail].
I would change axe twist with something like [Executioner's Strike] and the signet with dchop or flail/enraging.

Unless you're in a PuG, you generally don't need a rez if your bar is good and everyone elses bar is at least semi-competent. If you're in one of those bad PuGs that just pick up people according to their profession (either assuming they're running a specific build or just don't care), you'd probably need to take a rez.

[build prof=W/a][Eviscerate][Executioner's Strike][Penetrating Blow][Distracting Blow][Flail][Dash][Resurrection Signet][/build]
That tends to be my bar when I pve. By now you would have noticed i only had 7 skills there thats because the last skill is optional sometimes i run heal sig or another attack skill or another secondary skill. I also choose dash over rush simply because the battle might finish and your stuck in flail but cant use because you simply dont have the aderaline to use it.
